A Tonus Elast suspensory jock is perfect in light contact & non-contact sports. It supports & protects your balls from shifting motion & torsion in sports better than underwear, compression shorts or a traditional jock. Simpler, cooler, drier, no leg-straps: won't squeeze or chafe & the opening allows a quick pee between sports or workouts. Worn under shorts in basketball, volleyball, spinning, weights, rugby, soccer, track & field, running, racquet sports. Worn under gear in baseball (except catcher), cycling, street/pro-skateboarding, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, horse riding. Adjustable waist. Trim-off: excess length & small flap. Sized by pouch. Small = best fit for most teens & adults. Medium = if you're a bit above average. Large/Extra-large = if well above average, or after vasectomy. The worst product that I have bought

This the third support I have bought. Size is completely off. I can't even tell you where to start to figure it out. It also doesn't fit properly on the underside. I had to remove it after a few hours because it was cutting into me and there was no way to loosen the pouch. The best I have found is the Champion Hernia Belt, Single or Double Bilateral Herniation Pad, Adjustable. It is cheaper also.

Waste of money..I would rather give 0 stars if possible..it's written will not accept if opened..how can we know if it is useful or not if we don't open the pack..
