This pillow really helps my back at work where I sit all day. It has relieved and taken away all of my back pain I used to experience sitting in an office chair. It is well made and has held up well since I bought it. I use it every day.

I bought this a couple of years ago and have loved it from day one. I use it every night and recently learned I can't sleep without it when I went on vacation and left it at home. It was impossible to sleep. I had back pain all day and all night so I ordered another one. When it arrived, I slept better, the back pain was much improved and I could enjoy the rest of my vacation.

I should have read more of the reviews, not a very firm pillow, which is what I was needing. Also the smooth texture of the pillow kept riding up my back when I'm sitting on my couch. For the price it is good, just a good little moderate support pillow.

Highly Recommend! This is great to lay down and do stretches and or breathing exercises with. I will use this when reading a book or working and it helps to relieve pressure off my lower back and hip. Highly recommend!!

LOVE this little cushion. Purchased new couch that doesn't have much lumbar support. This pillow works wonderful on helping to correct this issue. No more aching backaches after sitting on couch. Pillow is lightweight, easy to adjust to just the perfect spot. Good product for a good price.

It's great for chairs but I bought it to put under my back when I'm sleeping but it's too big and uncomfortable for sleeping.

The first night took a bit to get used to, every night since has been awesome. It doesn’t move around much when I’m rolling from side to side, and really feels supportive and comfortable on my back. This has been a great pillow to help with my torn back discs. Thank you
