Although the phone wasn't what we wanted the company was very good in sending us a return label so we able to send it backIf the phone was a normal landlines phone it would of been good as it had everything we wanted but we do not have the equipment to run that type of phone

The phone arrived pretty quickly. The phone was in almost great condition right out of the box. There are some scratches on the screen and about 2 dents but they aren’t very noticeable. There’s was a bit of dirt in where the handset lays but it was very easy to clean. There wasn’t a power supply, but I wasn’t expecting one as these phones are use POE (Power over Ethernet) from a network switch. I have had it for over a month and it has worked perfectly so far. It came with a pretty old version of firmware so I had to manually update it to support the SIP protocol. I was able to get it to register successfully with a non-Avaya environment over the SIP protocol, but I am unaware if it functions properly with an Avaya environment (Avaya IP Office or Avaya Aura). I am incredibly happy with this purchase, especially for £10!

I liked how the items came packaged, arrived quickly and the price was outstanding. Saved a ton over buying new-new. However, of the 2 units, one came soiled, discoloured from exposure (reminds me of an old Super Nintendo in a smoker's home, see photo) and scuffed. The other one came in rather nice condition. Both worked as advertised.

I have not gotten it configured and tested yet, but while the cords seemed new and the handset is maybe new, the phone body had schmutz in a few places, mute/volume legends were worn off, and the display has multiple blemishes. But, I knew that I was buying refurbished and as long as the phone works when I get it configured it will do the job at a good price of less than $30.

Viel zu teuer! Stromversorgung muss zusätzlich gekauft werden, komme ich über 80 €. Gibt es bessere Angebote. Sofort zurück geschickt.

Thought deal was too good to be true and I was correct. Physical condition was poor- buttons yellowed and phone stopped working after 1 day when R11 Bin files were pushed to phone. Cannot get it to register any longer.You get what you pay for.
