Fairy Tail 24
T**R
The return to Earth-Land
As the Anima begins to transfer all of the magic remaining in Edolas to Earth-Land, Natsu gives Mystogan the traditional Fairy Tail send-off party. Meanwhile the rest of the Earth-Land Fairy Tail say goodbye to their new friends as they are returned home but some unexpected additions journey to the other world alongside them. After celebrating their return and filling in the other members on what has happened, the guild returns to its usual boisterous self as one of Fairy Tail's traditions approaches, the annual S-Class Wizard test to be held on Fairy Tail's sacred ground Sirius Island where the guild's founder is buried. This volume of 'Fairy Tail' is an entertaining instalment but as it is something of a transitional volume, it probably isn't quite as good as some of the previous volumes due to mainly setting things up for the next few volumes. There is little in the way of action in this volume with Demon God Dragoneel fighting Prince Jellal at the beginning and the first fight of the S-Class test at the end being the only fights in the volume. There is some nice humour throughout the volume though and there is also some nice foreshadowing of things to come in the future. The volume also sees a couple of characters join the main group. The volume includes the usual afterword, translation notes, fan art and Q&A along with some limited design notes.Overall this was a reasonable volume that is worth around four stars.

Hilarious and heartfelt
This manga is extremely entertaining. It is a must read because it seems like the anime lost funding and ended in a critical moment so reading it is much better. This mangaka has done series and I try to follow all of them.
