Seems to be a good quality Spirulina.
I paid for a health check and one of the only things that came back as an advisory was my Iron levels.So, after some research I realised one of the better supplements to take was Spirulina.After looking at many reviews I found this brand and decided to give it a try.I liked the fact that there was a 1000 tablets and I could vary my dosage as I wanted, unlike others that are a much larger dose.I took 4 tablets a day for the first 2 weeks to boost my system and now have cut it down to just 2 tablets a day in the morning with my post workout protein shake, I can’t really taste them over the flavour of my shake, but imagine they could be quite potent if taken with water and left on the tongue too long. 🤪I have noticed a difference, even with such a small dose, I certainly wouldn’t take the recommended 8 - 32 tablets a day, I’m not anemic!🤣🤣Anyway, they do seem to be of good quality, they have a strong Vegetation/Algae smell and I have noticed a difference in the month that I have been taking them.Your needs will be different than mine, but I do recommend them, or at least give them a try.

Perfect in every way
I am extremely impressed with these tablets! They are incredibly small and easy to swallow, unlike the previous brand I used which kept getting stuck in the back of my throat. I appreciate that they are organic and I have been taking them daily to boost my vitamin and mineral levels. Overall, this is an amazing product and a great value as the pack will last me a long time.

Giving it a try for compost.
Cant give it 5 as I would never take pills from random sellers honestly, but I got this for compost, I have read it somewhere that spirulina could help with the enzymes in compost, so going to give it a try. The intended purpose of taking it day by day well I cant advocate for or against it, if its proper spirulina then its just greens blended together so there should be no issues but I know spirulina has a rather unique taste.

A bit messy
I like this product but it is a bit messy and you have to take a lot of tablets.When you take the tablets out of the packet you get green powder all over your hands which is a bit messy.The recommended dose is 8 to 16 tablets, one to two times per day, which is quite a lot to swallow.Not sure if this is something that I could get used to on a daily basis long term.

spirulina Tablets.
Tablet form is so easy to take - with water. After reading up on Spirulina people seems to prefer tablet form - liquid seems to offend the taste buds and the nose senses....too green and niffy. So opted for the tablet form - seems to be good for my well being with no side effects. Good sealable bag. Would buy again
