The build quality is impressive right out of the box. Lets begin by saying the price is perfect not to much and not to little for what you hope to be getting. It DOES NOT come with the Hitch Pin, which in all seriousness is not that big a deal. The Height is actually either to increase or decrease overall height depending on your needs. In my case I needed to raise so I installed accordingly lets see it took all of about 30 seconds to do so. Took longer to actually open the box. LOL Other than Higher or Lower there is no other adjustable unless if you need the actual hitch to be in further drill a new hole like I did super easy with a drill press and the right size bit and some cutting oil. 5 minute job' There is NO NOISE This monster is very very sturdy I think you will find it will surpass your expectations.

Works great with my Kawasaki Mule and the trash can carrier that I had purchased separately. (The tongue on carrier was not long enough). Plus the 2” drop makes the can easier to load onto the carrier.
