Great tumbler but…
This is a great tumbler kit that arrived days earlier than the expected delivery date. To any other UK buyers it does not come with a 3 pin plug however easy to replace. Only issue is despite being listed as coming included with media my delivery did not which is disappointing.

110 vs 220 volt version
Great product. Great price for everything you need to get started tumbling brass. Take note, however, that there are 110 and 220 volt versions of this tumbler. I inadvertently bought the 220V version. Fortunately, I have a 220V circuit in my shop already, but you may not so be aware.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
We ordered this Frankford "Quick-N-EZ" Tumbler set through Amazon. We live in the USA, but when the product arrived, it had a European plug!! The information booklet reflected an adapter on the cover, but no adapter was included in the package. We then tried to call the maker (noted to be in Minnesota) NUMEROUS times. We tried the telephone number and held for 1 hour - no answer. We then used their email address and received a vague computer response. We sent another email to PLEASE HAVE SOMEONE CALL. No response ever! This Company has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and obviously does not know where they are . . . the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!
