Really impressed, so hard to find a good twine that is thick and strong. One that is capable of holding a trussed chicken or joint together throughout cooking!Will be purchasing again once finished.

Don’t know what some other people are reviewing, must be cotton by the sound of it..This is great strong string perfect for trussing chickens, or joints for an air fryer rotisserie.

High street shops moan about people deserting them for the internet. My local specialist kitchen shop couldn't do something so simple as providing some cooking string (other than some absurdly thin stuff that was like cotton thread). This string is just what you'd expect from kitchen string. The absence of it from the kitchen shop does lead one to wonder whether people ever tie up a joint of meat or the top of a Christmas pudding these days. Good string. Support the seller by buying it!
