Upon opening the canopy bag was already ripped open was dirty and the canopy had big brown marks all over it! Many of the shelf pieces fixtures are bent so cannot be used so we’ve had to spend extra money and time building our own to reinforce the structure! One of the holes was welded shut so we had to drill through which is risky! Because of all this took us hours to build and about £75 extra! So not worth the money! I’d get a refund but we’d already built so much it was pointless to demolish it!

This is the best gazebo we ever had it ticks all the boxes. Others were great but these one is top mark.

The frame is solid and the top cover seems ok, but the sides tore very easily during installation, not what I expected. Hopefully the supplier will provide new side panels as clearly this is a defective item or low quality

The frame, canopy and screens are sturdy and durable. Perfect for our deck! Easy set up. I did it myself.

Easy to assemble. All parts were there and instructions are easy. Love the grey. Wish I could find the walls also
