These would go all day without reapplying. The downside with all adhesive is eating. All adhesives lose their adhesive properties when you are eating. Though secure will lose its adhesive strength also, it at least lasts longer than other brands such as polydent. What I've noticed when I switched to secure is the initial burn. It's not a heat burn or sting burn, it's a pepper burn. The burns subsides after a few minutes. I've learn that after applying secure adhesive to the dentures, let it sit for a minute and the burn almost goes away. I think it's the chemical that evaporates from it, who knows. Other than that, I think secure does a good job of holding dentures on most of the day. During cleaning, secure is easier to clean due to the clumping. The adhesives comes off in chunks or clumps so it is easier to remove from your mouth. Unlike Polydent, which is gooey and sticky. Over all, a good adhesive.

Super glue for my dentures!

I use this stuff when I need that extra boost. No other paste works this well. I use it over my Comfort Lining thermoplastic liner when I need my really big lower denture to stay put. With the quick shrinkage of my gums I have to apply the thermoplastic and this only for the bottom denture. My top doesn't need extra other than the liner, but I do recommend this if you're needing to add to the top denture. It's the best paste on the market in my opinion.

This is the only denture adhesive I will use. Believe me I have tried them all. Secure does exactly what it says it does. Holds your dentures secure all day. And that says it all.
