Four units that read over a four degree span when all in the same location. And, the errors depend on the temperature. Different at room temperature and refrigerator temperature. I haven't checked errors at freezer temperature.I can use these but only if I use them around a specific temperature (room, fridge, freeezer) AND I put a piece of masking tape on them and write the error on it. I then have to add or subtract the error when I take a reading.

I bought two of these. I like the temperature reading in tenths of degrees. I have one criticism: one of the two thermometers arbitrarily switches from Fahrenheit to Centigrade! I have to reset it every few days. Not a big deal but annoying.

Modern fridges are a pain in the ass. You set the temp digitally of the fridge and freezer, but nowhere does it tell you the actual temperature it is at. This is my second fridge that has all these cool features, except what the current temperature is, so I bought these to track the freezer and fridge temps. I put two in the fridge the two in the freezer. They are within a degree or two of each other and a degree or two of an analog thermometer I have, so it's good enough. If you need an exact temp to the tenth of a degree, these will not fit the bill.

These thermometers did what we expected of them. They are easy to use and handled both freezer and refrigerator, well. However, when I put them BOTH in the refrigerator or freezer - together - they never showed the same temperature. They WERE within 1.5 degrees, so if that much variability does not bother you, then I highly recommend these units. I now keep one in the refrigerator and one in the freezer and have found them quite useful in setting the temps on both sections.

Ordered based on reviews items were delivered quickly. After opening box and un rapping thermometers the first one powered up and had the hook/stand attached and was easy to operate and read. The second one was missing the stand and intermittently comes on and off checked battery and it seemed good. I know these weren’t that expensive, but I expected them to work. I can’t be bothered to send one back so I will eat the money. I wouldn’t recommend this brand to anyone though. Buyers beware!
