This is one of those under-rated products out there. Easy to install, looks ok and not too cheezy, and provides the perfect solution for those who like to use phones for navigation, and don't want to use suction cup to the windshield or the type that clips onto and blocks the vents. The ball joint that holds the phone bracket is universal sized, so you can use the bracket you like instead of the included one. Don't know about the longevity yet, the plastic arm that holds the phone bracket does not inspire confidence, but will update if it fails.

It had perfect instructions and fit like it was a factory part!So much better use of space now.

Product seems nice but unfortunately has a huge gap between the trim and product itself when sitting in place. Holes also don't line up so it can't be rescrewed down. It may be possible to modify this product with a heat gun to make it sit flush but the way the material is I don't see much modifying the screw holes unless you wanna try drilling into the dash above the radio and attempting to tap plastic to make the product work. You'd think seller could list some basic information like screw hole dimension so people could check other than scamming buyers by saying it fit 2010-2017 model rams when it clearly doesn't.

The fit was perfect in my 2018 big horn. The install was easy. I will say that as to be expected, the phone holder is very shaky so it can be tough to read on those back roads.

This did not fit my 2012 Ram which sucks!! Seemed like such a good item but the screw holes are 1/2" off . Please change description to exclude 2012
