So I did spoil myself and bought this stainless steel trowel and have no regrets. It does cost more than a standard steel one but it's nicely balanced, comfortable to hold, and well finished and I'd expect it to last for years during which time I'll be thanking myself for the time saved in cleaning surface rust etc off a steel trowel after you leave it in a bucket for a while. You'll probably even find yourself cleaning that bit of mortar from the handle joint straight after finishing rather than "I'll do that later..." and all the regrets that brings, we've all been there. You deserve one, you'll never look back. Happy building

Great trowel, I use a trowel every day , this is a decent size bucket trowel sturdy well made , only thing I could gripe about is the handle could be a little thicker then it would perfect , still a Great trowel though
