Is there a way to modify this piece to work on a flat surface? We are building a grocery store for my daughter and I'm looking to use it for that.
Would this conveyor belt work with fine sand to load into the Bruder snowplow?
could some thin strips of wood or study cardboard be glued to the sides to keep the items on the belt from tumbling off?
Is this conveyor really 21 inches long.

As others have mentioned, it is bigger than expected but actually t is a great size - my son was SO excited to receive it (6 year old), we've used it to tidy away toys, which is a good way to tidy up!! He has taken it out side to move stones extra - definitely worth it!!

Was suprised at size of this item, well made and will go well with sons other bruder toys can see the handle being a bit fiddly but other than that has same robust quality of other plastic bruder toys and impressed with quality and construction of toy.

Large, and sturdy, but can pinch fingers
Bought this for my three year old grandson, to go with the Bruder tipper lorry, that was bought to go with the Rolly digger. It's much bigger than I expected and strongly made. Downsides are that the small handle is difficult for him to turn, and the elevation supports can collapse and trap fingers between the elevator struts and the conveyor track. Play value is excellent both with Lego bricks and small cars.
