Works well, as expected
This product fits my old DEWALT sander. Just need to keep the four screws you already have because they don’t expect you to replace those.

Awesome! Much better than the original.
My original sander pad had dished out in the center after several years usage. The first thing I noticed about this new pad is that the center is thicker and not as pliable. Also the hooks on the new pad grip the sandpaper much better.Worth buying!
