It states stainless steel but is chrome coated copper. False advertising. Do not waste your money.

Would recommend
This arm ring feels sturdy but flexible enough to adjust to your wrist size. I have very small wrists. I can wear children's jewelry. This fits me perfectly is a little on the sturdy/heavy side but it feels great on! Very satisfied!
