Chopping veg onion peppers snapped after 4th use thought it was best kitchen gaged I had, but not strong enough

I'd give this no stars if there was an option. With the hope to cut cooking times with this chopping aid, I optimistically ordered this item. However, I have only recently used it twice in the last 3 weeks, and realised it is completely useless. I am out of my return window (my fault for not using it sooner) so now left with an item that will end up in the bin. It does not cut like the videos show. The item with the smallest chop setting was the worst. I tried to cut onion and carrots and the veg literally got jammed in the blades with no way of getting them out, clean the product or be able to use it again. I tried repeatedly to clear the blockage but with no success. I had no choice but to bin that particular part. It's cheaply made with flimsy plastic and blades which bend around the veg you're chopping. Totally pointless and waste of money

It’s an amazing product, fast and efficient but, certain blades do not cut through tomatoes, you have to bang it really hard for it to get through the blades but cucumbers are fine, so are carrots and potatoes, it’s an alright product

Great item worked very well, makes cooking so much easier and faster

I was looking forward to this little gadget and it was a disappointment. First of all is hard to push the onion through even though I cut it into 4 pieces to fit the size and afterwards you are left with a onion skin on the top, you have to remove every time you push through. The onion pieces wasn’t exactly the same sizes and was flimsy. Came with few different pieces to cut fruits and vegetables. I did try to grate cheese and carrots. That was okay and cucumber. Cleaning was a struggle with the pieces stuck inside the holes but the tray and top part was easy to wash and suitable for dishwasher. For the price is okay but not sure if I will be using it daily and it was hustle for me.

It's a lot of faffing about and doesn't cut onions very well. Too fidgety to set up.

Saw these all over tiktok and decided to give it a go.The plastic edging around the inserts started to crack and break the first time it was used and the rubber feet also fell off.The second time it was used, the hinge cracked and the press down piece on top totally fell off, making the slicer unusable.Strongly suggest you choose a model with sharper blades and less brittle plastic, to try to lengthen the lifespan of your slicer.This one is just not strong enough for the task at hand!

This is an amazing item. I use it all the time. Set up was easy. Cleaning is easy as well. I highly recommend this to all that spend any time at all in the kitchen to get this product. Time saver!
