This is a great rack. I love the additional hook add on. It looks nice and not like a traditional shoe rack and I love that it has bigger spaces for boots. I don't own boots, but I keep my work bag in one of those spots. I like they included the top piece so stuff can be set on it, but it is pretty flimsy.I bought this to replace a broken rack (see it repurposed as a hat rack above this new rack) that was here when I moved in, the type where you hang each shoe on an individual spot. It was not appealing to look at and couldn't hold flip flops or boots properly, so for me this purchase was an upgrade.I knocked 1 star for this, because the metal poles could be a bit longer, but it seems like it's only on one shelf. Two of the poles pop out occasionally. Not a deal breaker, just annoying, super glue could probably fix this but then it couldn't be unassembled for moving. I don't know (because I didn't line everything up and measure each individual piece) but maybe the holes were bored a little too deep or maybe I just received two shorter poles and they ended up on the shelf?Either way, still an upgrade!P.S. The picture may look like the rack is not level or uneven, but it's not. I just live in a really old house (EST. 1885) and it's my floors that are the issue.

This is the best shoe rack I have ever bought. It is extremely sturdy and has tons of room for my shoes. The steel rodare a bit difficult to get into the holes fof the shelf but they actually provide you with a little hammer to help. Once I got the hang of it. It was quickly finished. I was short 3 connector pieces. I contacted them and received a response within an hour that they were sorry but closed at that time for the weekend and would contact me as soon as they were back in office. I received an email from them on Monday morning. They were very courteous and will be sending my parts express shipping right away. Overall I was super pleased with this item and highly recommend it and the company.

It was fairly easy to put it together once you get the hang of it. It fits in my space perfectly. I really like it a lot and may buy another one.

The shelf was easy to put together with the little wooden hammer provided. Did not hold 40 pairs of shoes but still held all the adult shoes we have. I'm going to buy another one in the future for my kids.

Bought this for my mother and she put it together before I was able to get to her house! It was much sturdier and robust than I thought it would be (she had asked for it and I had my doubts) and it set up in her closet very well and she uses it for her t-shirts and sweaters. It works very well, and I am sure it would work even better for what it was intended for (shoes). It went together well and looks good. Nice!

It was super easy to assemble and feels steady enough to hold all my shoes. I love that you can customize the size of the shelfs, whether you want enough space to store your boots or just regular shoes. It’s not too bulky and i can fit the whole thing inside my closet. Super convenient and I’m very happy with the end result! My closet looks so much organized now

It does what it was meant to do but a bit wobbly and I think it’s overpriced especially for the size .Wish I’d have gotten a bigger one. If you have a lot of shoes i recommend the bigger one. But it serves its purpose.

This was easy to put together and didn’t take long. I use it for shoes and towels and it works great.

This thing was a bit tough to put together as you need some solid grip strength but it was still easy to assemble. Works great, holds a pile of shoes and fit perfectly in our back entrance.
