Best decision I made
A very stylish time piece that goes well with formal and casual wear. I like the weight of the watch as well and the way it sits on the wrist.

Look elsewhere.
I wanted a Suunto since I was a child. I bought this one, my most expensive watch purchased to date, and was initially pleased. The inaccuracy of the altimeter was not overly a problem, and it seemed well made. After 7 months of ownership the watch indicated no altitude reading. It was stuck at 950mb. pressure, and the altimeter had frozen at 644 feet. I wrote Suunto who informed me I needed to let them change the battery. I decided to follow an online turorial to change the battery. It is not rocket science for technically inclined people like myself. The watch face indicated "FAIL". The computer would not re-boot with the new battery.I relented and sent it to Suunto, who told me the watch had suffered from a leak, and the motherboard was contaminated. They would repair it for $444.00! Well why don't I buy a new one at that bargain price! Sheesh. Never again will I buy a Suunto product. I wore it in the shower, and swam with it in adult fashion, maybe 5 times. Hardly an expedition quality watch. I am a Falcon 900 pilot, somebody who hardly beats on his watch!!! It has had a light duty life prior to its premature expiration.FAIL Suunto, epic FAIL.

Outdoor Watch, but poor durability
This watch is excellent for the outdoors it has very precise altimeter and compass. It lacks of countdown timer and second hour. The chrono version is small and hard to manipulate. The batteries last 11 months only and is supposed to be replace by a local jeweler, unlike all Suunto model witch is deceiving. I had mine for 16 months and it just died, waiting for Suunto repair/warranty team for news. So i am kind of disappointed by the durability of this....outdoor watch for the same price You should also consider T-Touch expert.

great function and stylish looking
I bought this watch both for my outdoor activities and urban life. It has all the essential functions in outdoor and very easy to operate. Also it also look great in other time, that make it standing out from other outdoor watch such as Sunnto ambit 2 or Garmin Phnix 2.The only problem for me now it's that the negative display is not easy to read under bright sunshine.
