I would recommend this product if anyone is looking for gifting. The product is so beautiful and the package is beautifully wrapped. Soon after the order I was so pleased to receive calls from Meenu who took down the details I wanted to engrave on the bottle. Thanks

Scent is good

The package was timely delivered. When I opened the package, there was a beautiful blue bottle, same as the product picture shows. But I couldn't activate the spray in spite of numerous efforts. I thought the spray button was defective. I contacted the Amazon customer care and after a discussion and sharing pictures of the bottle, a refund was initiated as the product was not returnable or exchangeable. Later I found that the BOTTLE WAS ENTIRELY EMPTY. There was not even a drop of perfume in it, and that's why I couldn't activate the spray. Due to the dark blue glass and heavy weight of the bottle it was difficult to guess the fact at a glance. I again contacted the customer care to intimate the matter. Though I have received the refund, if I had purchased it for gifting someone and had already gifted it without checking it carefully, I would have been in an insulting situation! VERY BAD EXPERIENCE! Seller should get a ZERO STAR rating.

The fragrance was very nice and the smell was pleasant and was lasting throughout the day. It came with perfect packaging. So it's safe to get it via courier. There are few types of bottles and we can choose one from them. The person with whom I interacted (Sashi) was very patient in noting down the details of the person to whom I am gifting and to help decide on the type of fragrance. It was delivered on time as expected. Also they printed the greeting message i shared with them in a letter format inside the package.I have ordered three bottles with them and gifted to my brother and friends. They liked my gift very much.
