This thing is great, it's soft and the sound quality is great, you may have to adjust the speaker position but that's no biggie, the pre programmed sounds are a little cheesy but make due, and the ice pack is a nice touch. If you are thinking about it, just buy it.

I chose this one as it was one of the few that had a padded Velcro strap. I use a sleep mask with CPAP and with many others the bare Velcro strap twists, stretches, wears out quickly and most annoying rubs against the back of my ear lobe resulting in irritation and pain when I wake up. Unfortunately, this product has some glaring defects and I have returned it. The speakers are extremely difficult to adjust as they grip the internal padding and are almost impossible to adjust while wearing. The volume level is extremly low even at the max setting with my iPad. There is no sound when turning off allowing it accidentally to be left on, discharging the unit. Battery life is questionable as some have less than a 6-hour charge life and the supplier is unable to determine which ones have this defect. Customer support is atrocious as the supplier is outstanding with excuses and apologies but unable or unwilling to give definitive answers to allow buyers to make an informed purchase decision or to return the existing purchased product. On my last contact with them I asked 3 direct questions for exchanging this unit for a sister unit regarding battery charging life, shutdown sound, and speaker volume. Never received a response. Amazon support also confirmed they never responded. This is why I provided a 1-star rating and highly recommend you do not purchase it.

I got this because I have a partner who has apnea and snores extremely loud, listens to the TV and has lights on all night long and it's hard to sleep. This has been a game changer for sure. I put this on and use the Bluetooth connection on my phone to listen to guided sleep stories or other things that will put me to sleep. And it drowns out the snoring the TV, and it blocks all the light. It's very comfortable and easy to use and I love the cooling pack in it for when I have a migraine. This is the best sleep mask I have ever found and is literally saving a relationship right now. Highly recommend and I will be buying these for the rest of my life.

At first it was great. The great: I can listen to guided meditation without disturbing my husband. It's soft and doesn't put pressure on your eyes. The back is adjustable. The volume at high is pretty low. I also use a sound machine while I'm doing the guided meditation and I can hear both pretty clear. The sound is better when your on your side though, obviously, as that's where the speakers are. It comes with velcro to attach the speakers in a more permanent position and I highly recommend doing so. It's not super easy to do but worth it as they will move every time you use it.The not so great: The box where all the power comes from is on your forehead and after a while it puts enough pressure to be uncomfortable. That's my biggest issue. It has to be readjusted and it's difficult to find the sweet spot. After having it a few weeks it seems that the cushioning has worn down a little.Overall....for the price they're worth it but for me, I'd look for something where the power supply isn't as bulky and more padding around it to keep from so much pressure on my forehead.

If you are needing to cancel out noise, these will not work. They are great at keep the light out and keeping your night time listening to audiobooks private, like I do to fall asleep. The speakers are very comfortable. Don’t feel them. I could not get the Velcro stickers they sent with these to work. The inside wants to grab to Velcro right away so the speakers don’t stay perfectly in place but it hasn’t caused any issues.

The material is very soft and comfortable. Excellent quality. Paired easily with my Android. An above review stated there are no adjustments...that is false. You can move the earpieces, they're made of foam so they're a little difficult to move, but that's the point. Once you get them placed to where your ears are, they stay put. Sound is great, not too loud, but drowns out my husband's tv so I can finally sleep!!! I bought this also because I get migraines and the gel patch will be extremely useful to me in the future!!! I'm buying a couple more, just to have on hand!! I couldn't be happier! I think this is the best thing I've ever purchased from Amazon!

I work 3rd shift so I have tried a lot of sleeping masks. This is the best I've worn with Bluetooth installed. The ice packs a little weird for me but the mask works so well. You can't even feel the Bluetooth speakers

Soft and cool, fits great, but electronics are wonky. Worst complaint is that the battery hardly lasts one 8-hour night.

This is an awesome product. I wasn’t able to sleep well at night from the noises and now I sleep right through everything. If you have a spouse that snores this is the product for you.

Lovely soft material. I thought the velcro would be annoying BUT it was absolutely fine. I don't use the microphone so I really cannot comment on the quality. As you can see I have removed the sound because I only wanted something to cover my eyes and ears. This is perfect for me.
