CreativeStage 360 2.1 240W Soundbar with Dolby Atmos and Subwoofer for TV/Computers/Ultrawide Monitors, Surround Sound with HDMI ARC/2.0, Bluetooth, Optical Input, and IR Remote

Purchased this sound bar for a new TV setup in our living room. I was looking for something simple, without setting up a full-blown surround sound system. This fit the need perfectly.I've owned a few Creative speakers over the years and all of them have superb sound quality. I've used them with my desktop and for music on camping trips. My only complaint was battery life in one of my portable speakers, but it saw a lot of use.Overall, this was easy to set up, right out of the box. It has HDMI and optical connections, along with Bluetooth. It easily hooked up to the TV, and with only five minutes' worth of TV setting changes, it was putting out amazing sound. I've tried it with music and movies, both of which sound crystal clear. The subwoofer ads just enough bass to make the system sound like a much larger set of speakers. My family thinks it's even better than the more pricy surround sound in our den.This is a bit more expensive than the flood of cheap unknown overseas brands we often find on Amazon, but it's worth it. It's in the moderate price range for a sound bar, but in my opinion the sound quality is far better than more expensive models, including Bose.The one downside is the remote. It's not bad in itself. It's simple and toggles between all the speaker's settings just fine. However, it looks a LOT like our Fire Stick remote, so it's easy to confuse them in the dark and hit the wrong buttons. Not a huge problem - but something to be aware of.I highly recommend this sound bar!

Very loud. Despite no center speaker, dialogue remained clear even during noisy segments. It's virtual Atmos is a mixed bag. Some content you do actually notice it, like the film Prey. I was honestly surprised how it sounded. Other times it's pretty subtle or just sounds like virtual surround sound.Not many people outside perhaps the PC market are going to think about Creative as a sound source but if looking for more than a basic stereo bar, for the price this is tough to beat.I'd recommend a smaller type room. It's loud enough for the neighborhood, but a smaller room for the virtual Atmos and surround will allow it to perform better. If using with PS5, keep the audio in settings as default but if watching a UHD BluRay, swap audio to either Dolby or DTX.

This is a pretty good, well-balanced sound bar with good build quality. It can’t come close to my Razer Nommo Pro, but that’s a higher-end system. Not sure I’d even sort of call it an Atmos system (makes it feel like Atmos is becoming like THX, where everything can get the badge), but overall I’m satisfied. ARC doesn’t seem to be working, but that may be a monitor or docking station issue; I haven’t cared enough to investigate.

It performs adequate for the price. But it turns off every 10 minutes. You may see options to turn off this power saving function online, but they do not work. This product will turn off constantly if you are not playing sound or play sound at what it decides is too low of a level. It will cut off in the middle of what you're listening to. This does not function as a speaker unless you choose to babysit it. Do not buy.

Writing this review after using it for 7 daysI have used creative v1 soundbar before, it was amazingCreative does provide quality sound experience with that experience I bought Dolby atmos stage 2 and I am totally satisfiedPros- Dolby Atmos will be enabled automatically for the Dolby Atmos content (I like this feature)- Surround experience is amazing (even with- even with small speakers the sound is so loud and you can literally hear the voice so clear- remote quality is good- the bass coming from subwoofer is well balanced between mid, low, highCons:- no treble control in the remote- no batteries provided in the packageOverall it's very good product within the budget
