Take these alongside IP6 when I am under the weather or have a chest infection. Works wonders. I no longer need to take antibiotics as often. It does have a strong garlic taste so I wouldn’t advise to open the capsule and mix the powder in water or juice.

Honestly, this really surprised me. I had a tooth abscess on my gum that had grown to 2cm wide and almost 1cm high and it was becoming painful. The tooth above it literally felt like it was going to drop out. I booked the dentist, but they couldn't see me for three weeks, so I was willing to try just about anything. Based on a previous review of someone having it clear up their tooth infection I thought I'd give anything a try, not expecting it to work at all. I thought it was just 'another bogus review', but I had nothing to lose. Boy, was I wrong! Incredibly, after taking the entire pack, 4 a day (2 morning, 2 night), my abscess has disappeared. Completely! This despite every piece of advice online saying the only course of action was a dental trip and antibiotics. What makes things even better is that I suffer from ear infections and one of my ears would run during the night and smell terribly like rotting flesh when I cleaned it. That's cleared up too, after years of the same issue without a break. I'm not saying these will work for everyone in every situation, but they worked for me and I'm over the moon. I'm sure my ear and tooth infections will return at some point now I have no tablets left, but I'll definitely be back for more. For once, this was a product that REALLY exceeded expectations.

These are bloody brilliant. Absolutely top notch and the absolutely DO WORK. I was skeptical, I’ve tried lots of things for various ailments over the years and very few work. These absolutely do. I’ve had a tooth infection/ abscess from a broken tooth that a filling came out of. This was a while ago, not been able to get in a dentist because of lockdown. The last few weeks the tooth has been painful. Managed to see a dentist last week, didn’t pull the tooth, didn’t have time they said so booked me an app for this week. I was so desperate for some relief so after some research decided on these. No word of a lie, this is day 3 and I’ve been taking 5 a day. Today the pain and swelling is 99% better. I can’t believe these have worked tbh. Like, I’m actually god smacked. I knew of garlic and the many benefits it has but I never expected it to work like a real antibiotic. Three days….. actual antibiotics have never worked that quick on me before. Absolutely recommend these and I’ll be keeping these in from now on. Can’t rave about these enough right now.

I’ve struggled my entire life with tinea versicolor. It’s always a bad case that covered my face, chest, back, stomach, and sometimes on my legs. Every time I’ve been to a doctor they always just gave me a topical or pill of ketoconazole and told me to avoid the sun. Aside from the medicine hurting my stomach it also took months for the spots to go away. After decades of my own research I concluded I had an overgrowth of candida in my gut and read about the allicin in garlic helping regulate it. I did try eating raw garlic every morning but some days my hormones just couldn’t handle the smell. After a little more research I found these pills. I’ve been taking these for a little over two months now and haven’t had any issues with those white spots popping up. I know it’s not much to some but for the first time in decades I was able to go swimming and wear tank tops and actually enjoy the sunshine without the fear and insecurity of those spots popping up. I will continue to purchase and these have improved my quality of life. As far as taste and smell of pills, it’s very mild compared to eating raw garlic. It did take my stomach a few weeks to adjust to the supplement so you can expect to be very bloated and gassy at first but it subsides after continuous use. For me it was 1000% worth the slight discomfort, especially since it was temporary.

This is not a no odor/no garlic aftertaste product. Nothing wrong with it as is, but if you don’t want the garlic taste and aftertaste, this is the wrong choice.
