The handle which opens the umbrella does not lock into place and unwinds back to a closing position. There is something provided way at the top of the umbrella, but this is not within normal reach. I really don't think it should be necessary for the customer to have to use a ladder to lock the umbrella into place. I will need to secure the handle with some type of a tie or rubber band so that it doesn't close the umbrella whenever there is a little wind.Otherwise the umbrella is satisfactory for my purposes.

Was happy with quality for one week then crank broke. Multiple requests to seller getting no response….

We bought 2 of these and couldn't have been happier. The fabric seems sturdy and thick. We've had them for about 3months and they open and close fine. We went with a 40 lb base, thought about going bigger but they do not get alot of wind where they are located. Overall satisfied with purchase.

Nice coverage, nice color. Easy to open / close. However, after using three time the mechanism is broken and I was not able to open it. Returned the product since it was still possible to do so instead of discussing with the vendor.

Umbrella does not stand up to Arizona sun

Rain hangs up along the edge and puddles up. Even with the umbrella fully deployed up.

It covers my seating area completely. The color is such a pretty sand. It blends with all my other items. Very easy to raise and lower.

We got this umbrella in May. It’s a really pretty umbrella and looked great on our backyard table. However after only two months, the rods of the umbrella snapped off and we can’t reinsert them into the base. The umbrella didn’t look cheap when we had it on the table, but it’s certainly made extremely poorly to only last 2 months.

Umbrella arrived quickly, however, it will not open, the crank just spins . I tried calling Customer Service thinking maybe I needed direction- but after three calls, no one picked up the call. That was probably most concerning-so Im returning ASAP- I happen to expect good customer care- not interested in a company that cant pick up a phone call.

The part that let the umbrella go up and down broke after using it twice. The fabric looked nice and initially we thought it was a nice purchase. Having to return something this large was very frustrating. Had to pay 31.88 at the UPS store for a box to send it back. Learned my lesson. Quit ordering from Amazon.

We purchased one. It would not crank up so we returned it for a replacement. The replacement umbrella worked twice but now will not crank up.

Corners are all ripping and pulls system already broke paid over well over 100 dollars…not worth the money.

Asked to return but never heard from seller. Poor custumer service
