Knock bar not securely welded
I run a busy cafe and I've just replaced my third rhinowares knock chute, always the same issue, the knock bar is not up to the task. it's a hollow square knock bar which breaks at the edges after a while. I've thrown far too much money at this item now and am going elsewhere. it would be 1 star but I can't fault the other aspects of the design. Pity.
