Ordered this bag a year ago. Used about 1 week in every 3. It's now falling apart. Stitching is not strong enough. Shoulder straps are coming off. Internal lining starting to split at the stitching. Laptop pocket coming off the body. I think it should have lasted longer. My last one lasted many years.
