Arrived on time, seem to be good quality
Package arrived on date promised, nice packaging. We haven’t put them in place yet so I cannot speak to sturdiness, etc. No directions for set-up were included but pretty easy to figure out. They appear to be good value for money.

I would buy again
These are a good size for catching larger rats. Fairly simple to set up. (Though they do not include instructions but you can look at the pictures here). Okay it's not the best or thickest plastic in the world, but it is more reasonably priced and sufficient to the job. I also bought the higher priced versions of this. The key in my opinion works about the same and I just wanted to kill the things I don't really care how it looks or if it's the very best. I got six of these for roughly what I paid for 1 expensive one. If I had small children running around that might try and get into this I might be more concerned, but I'm confident that my dog will not be able to get into it or anything else around here. It is sturdy enough that it won't be dragged off and that the large rats can get inside. Also the bait is secure. I think you just have to look at your own situation and figure out what you need versus the cost. For me getting six stations to put in more areas was more valuable. Good luck!

No documentation ... and what's the extra tray for? How does one lock the stupid thing?
Okay, I'm not a pest control specialist, but shouldn't need to be. The structure of the bait station is fine. The primary way to load bait is to 'skewer' four bait chunk pieces on a rod that hangs inside the station. However, each station comes with a loose rectangular tray, about 1"x4" flopping around inside the unit. It has no explicit use, and given no documentation, there is nothing to show how it should be installed or used. Each station comes with its own "key," but I am confounded as to how the key actually locks the top of the station. The instructions say to give it a quarter turn to the right/left to lock/unlock, etc., but there is nothing internally for the key to actually move into a locked position. Alas, my bait station is loaded, in position and held closed under a rock on the lid. DOCUMENTATION!
