RESPIMER NetiFlow- Sinus and Nasal Irrigation Kit

Have chronic sinus issues coupled with lung problems and this is my day/life saver. If I forget to use it one day, I will feel it. It prevents infections in my sinus and therefore it stops my cough. Can't recommend enough to anyone with serious sinus issues. I even use one for my children when they come back from school with a runny nose. It will stop their infection almost immediately. You have to be courageous though at the beginning. Make sure you inhale first, then press the solution in your nose at the same time than you exhale. Otherwise it will feel like you just swallowed a mouthful of sea water.But it's worth it as I have never found any medicine as efficient. It was recommended to my by an ENT doctor. Best treatment I ever tried.

Very nice and easy to use

Waste of money. The three different flow didn’t even work n it just squirts water in your nose. This could be very dangerous for a child
