Feiorn Brace is a lifesaver for this Picklball player
I play competitive pickleball. And at my age, after two-three hours on the court, both my shoulder and rotator cuff are aching. I was in need of a device that would give me the relief that I needed. I went online to Amazon to purchase such a product. I found the heated shoulder brace with massage by Feiorn. Firstly, the product description and features were extensive. Their photo image gallery was helpful in showing me how the brace fits as well as an explanation of the heat and vibration levels. Along with the pictures were the written details about the brace that were important to me. It has a rechargeable power bank. No replacing batteries. Adjustable heating, vibrating and timer settings to personalize my needs. The brace is adjustable and very comfortable and provides support for my shoulder area. It works great and I have noticed a reduction in my pain. This brace is easy to use, and the instructions are easy to understand. I totally recommend the Feiorn brace.

Piece of Junk
The thing feels shabby and most of settings are useless. Most importantly, the battery is total garbage and can't be replaced. The battery loses charge quickly and after a month it doesn't even hold a charge anymore. Don't buy this shoulder brace, it's a total piece of junk!

Heated shoulder wrap works, and is Comfortable
I purchased this Heated Shoulder Wrap with Massage to ease the pain from beginning stages of arthritis in my shoulder. It fits comfortably, and the heat is just the right with three different settings and the massage also has three settings so you can use them together or individuallyIt really relaxes the muscles in my shoulder and upper arm area. The pain has subsided, while my range of motion has improved. I highly recommend this product.

43" chest max, and too stiff/lumpy
The heat is great. The low setting is good for longer-term use (e.g. while working), and I'm sure the higher settings would be great for heat/cold therapy (which is 20min at a time).I think all the vibration settings are too strong, and that's likely why the shoulder area is so stiff and lumpy. I was hoping it would really conform to my arm, wrap around it comfortably. It will wrap halfway around my shoulder and then bends out toward my chest, and it feels like I'm wearing a great big lump on the outside edge of my shoulder -- the vibrators I don't plan on using. But, the "55 inch" chest strap max is with the extension (sold separately). Without that, the max is 43 inches, so it's rather tight on me.So it's good enough that I'll keep it, but I'd have rather had it cheaper, thinner, and more flexible.

Can charge it and get relief comfortably while resting or doing other things!
I found the shoulder wrap very soothing for my injured rotator cuff- it was helpful having the multiple options of heat, massage, and different settings and easy to use while both resting or walking around as the charge lasted a long time, and it wasn't necessary for it to be plugged in. It was also easy to adjust to a comfortable fit!Jody K

disappointed
. not enough compression on shoulder. i thought i wanted the heat but it makes the brace too bulky and uncomfortable. the heat feature is great and does it's job. returning

Bulky
It works as advertised. The heating and massage functions are nice if you are sitting down while using them. I used the ice pack pocket more than anything and the brace is so bulky its not really for all the time use. I really wish I could wear it while driving but it moves too much. It did fit well and was easy to adjust to fit on my shoulder in a variety if ways to make sure the heat/ice/massage hit the right spot.

Great for Shoulder Pain
Both the heat and cold options are great on this wrap. I'm a 5'1" small person and it would have fit someone larger as well as it fit me because the straps are adjustable. One charge provides several uses. After a day of yard work, it sure helps me feel less pain the next day. I recommend it.
