Overall good keychain. I which the letters were cut a little deeper to make the name/word more visible. I outlined mine with black pen, did the trick. I wanted to make sure my key gets returned when lended out.

While I maybe should have chosen a different font, the decision to add a loop for the key ring that makes the J in James look like a G didn’t make sense. Unfortunately “Charlotte” looked like “Chattie” and “James” looked like “Games”. The packaging was nice and included cute gift boxes and a note

If they were unable to make my granddaughter’s name readable, they should have recommended a different font or issued a refund. My granddaughter knows how to recognize and spell her name, but had no clue this was her name!
