Good Quality
Good quality. Often dried foods contain other 'stuff' but not this one. It sounds silly to say a dried food is fresh but this one seems to have been packaged at the height of its 'perfectly dried' process. The flavor is bright and crisp and excellent for baking.

Super nice added to roasted veggies or chicken
I sprinkle this on my roasts along with mustard powder, ginger powder and salt - and rice bran or coconut oil. Makes a yummy crusty finish to veg or chicken

SAWDUST IS TASTIER ☹️
Used to be able to buy this years ago - you could smell the lemons when you opened the jar.After a disappointing bake flavour wise, I decided to have a chew on this straight from the packet. Sadly zero lemon flavour after three minutes, then an unpleasant sour taste - not like 🍋 at all.Will not be buying this again ☹️
