I knew the weight, but was still surprised when such a large bag arrived. These are quality dried figs with great flavour. I use them as a healthy snack (not too many as they are naturally very sweet!) but I’m sure they would be great in cooking or baking as well.

Just right. Not dry, not slimy. Strong figgy taste.

I ordered the 1Kg bag of figs, and they were excellent, they were quite large, and probably one of the best figs I've had. So after they finished, I ordered this 2Kg bag of figs, and they were very poor. They were very small, and had some white growth on them, and there was an odd smell. I then noticed that their use by date is in 5 weeks from now, so they are very close to the end of their shelf life, and clearly were close / had reached their end of shelf life by the looks of it. So not sure what to make of it, hence my title that its variable quality.

Great figs! Soft and juicy. I counted 128 in my bag, so works out at about 15p for each fig in the £20 bag. Will be buying regularlyUpdate - bought a second bag and they weren’t to the same quality, all quite pale in colour and didn’t taste as good

This large pack of figs was good when I opened it but figs started to turn white in a week or so. At first I thought they gone bad/mouldy.But later on found out that this whitish layer formed on figs are sugar crystals, when naturally occurring sugar in figs crystalize on the surface.It still tastes okay but I personally did not like this change in texture. So, I would prefer the fully dried version of figs or just the normal fresh ones.

I love these figs. They are not soggy but a firm texture and a wonderful rich flavour.Pricewise they are very good for the weight.
