Functional
This is functional, easy to fit, and looks great. It does not have fixed hooks so you can space items as you wish. I put Suction as 1 because it is an irrelevant question

It did not fall down!!!!!!!
You will need a power drill and some patients but in the end it was fairly easy to put up and for once anything I put up usually comes straight back down? Hay it did stay up and was really good as a space saver.

Has stayed up with lots of mugs hanging on it - but feels cheap
I was disappointed when I unwrapped this to find that the quality felt poor and it's fittings are plastic BUT we had no problem fitting it and it even with 5 mugs plus a couple of utensils this has not bent or showed any signs of weakening/coming off the wall. For the price I would've like better quality or a large size but it has done the job.
