It does a perfect job
I bought it to replace an old one and I could set it up very easily

On 3rd of these, reasonably rugged, works for ~1 year before starting to have issues.

Replacement for Prastel TC2E
I ordered this because the Prastel TC2E was not available. I works just the same, and a little cheaper.

Works fine on my commercial shutter.
Purchased this to replace a few old keys, bought one to test it. Will be buying two more now as it works perfect. Feels a lot sturdier than original. Also cheapest for this model i could see. I have seen a negative review and im guesiing it is down to ordering the wrong key. Best way to get the right one is either check the back of you old key and it should have a model number, one of mine doesn't so i cracked it open and the code was written on the computer board thing, quick google search brought me here. Im buying three keys, which saves me £180 if i were to purchase original ones, which in my opinion are much cheaper build quailty and i have always had issues with them.

Wouldn’t copy
Unfortunately the remote won’t copy the original although the codes are identical. I have made, and others have, several attempts. The instructions have been badly translated. All in all a waste of money and very disappointing.

Good remote
Just what I wanted when my old remote gave up. Well made and easily programmed and great value. Recommended.

Is the range less than previous models?
I haven't done a scientific test, and it's a moot point anyway, but one seems to have to be nearer the gates than with the old pear shaped model. Not sure of the function of the other 3 buttons.

Better instructions available on the internet
I've managed to set this up and have been using it for a few months. If you're copying one of your older keys, to have a second one, beware that it will only work if registration hasn't been blocked by your receiver. You must be near the receiver to use the older remote and put it in the programming mode.
