This is amazing for the money I paid! It works a little different than other things I have used so it took me a minute to figure out the heat/time setting feature but once I got it, it is super easy to set!! I have made 3 tumblers with it so far and they all have come out perfect! The settings in the manual are correct. I have used a cricut mug press so I knew to put the pressure tight and from watching videos I think that may be key.

The set up is easy and quick. I love the adjustable opening which makes it perfect for a variety of tumblers and mugs. The temperature and preset timers are perfect!

Update. Thank you for the replacement machine. I have made 20 cups so far it works, the heating pad does have to be over 365 to get hot enough for pressing. I'll keep ya updated. Thanks for the replacement again.This product worked great for the first 30 cups then not even 6 months after purchasing and making a total of 48 cups it is coming apart. Kinda ridiculous.

Thank you for making my start in tumbler sublimation so easy. After much research, I decided to try this tumbler press and I was overjoyed. Even my very first tumbler turned out perfectly. I will be making many many more. Buy this press. You won’t be disappointed.

I love this heat-press. It was my very first one and I had no idea what I was doing. The instructions was easy to follow. It heats up quick. A little smelly but bearable. I would definitely recommend to a friend and soon I will be adding a second one to my collection. It is very fun and addicting.

I'm a beginner but I have been enjoying using this. I appreciate that the instruction manual has picture instructions. That has been super helpful!
