misleading in almost every way
most apps won’t work, and if they do it’s very slow. this laptop is advertised as an all around good pc, but it’s not the case. gaming is not at all what you think it is. the battery life is so poor you might as well leave the charger in the whole time

Came Defective
Unfortunately, I had nothing but problems when I received this laptop. Immediately after set up, the screen would flash intermittently and turn black randomly. I tried do all the updates thinking it would fix the issue, but it didn’t. I couldn’t even return it to Amazon because I missed the return window by ONE DAY!!! Really? My only option was sending it back to the manufacturer for a repair which was a hassle because I was without a laptop for a while and I was still having to make payments on it! Luckily, it seems to be fixed now. But a new computer straight out of the box should not be having technical issues. Obviously it was either defective in some way or I received a refurbished laptop that was messed up.9/10 EDIT: It’s broken again. Now it won’t even turn on. I don’t think this can get any worse. I am now out almost $900 dollars and have nothing to do work with.
