This thing is super easy to use and easy to clean. My ears are cleaner than ever and the rush of warm water feels great. It definitely has become and will stay part of my routine. I like to stick to the soft or normal setting but that's just my personal preference.

I have had wax buildup/clogged ears since I was a little girl - my father did too. We always went to the local country doctor and he had a huge water device that shot warm water into my ear - I loved it! Wax would come out the size of a kidney bean! I have always had to go periodically and have ears cleaned out. Later as an adult I began doing it myself with Debrox. But that took time and effort to plunge until it finally came out. I ordered this product and I am in love with it! The wax comes out but it isn't in a chunk, it is dissolved and the dissolved wax and water goes into the chamber - I had a bit of a watery mess the first time because I wasn't holding it right. But now that I know, it is a breeze! I can clean my ears out weekly!

Does not work and makes a mess. Used the night before going to Dr. and he said my ears were plugged, this was the next day

I bought this product because my 9 year old son has frequent earwax build up which we have to go to an ENT specialist for to carefully dig out the earwax. Using this device, we are able to reduce the amount of earwax build up which will definitely save us money down the line with less frequent trips to the ENT. The gentle setting works great and there was no sense of feeling dizzy or anything through multiple uses. Would highly recommend this to others.

If it was stronger would be awesome

The product works exactly as advertised. I have been using it for few months now. The fact that it has different levels of intensity, makes it very adaptable to your sensitivity. It cleans my ears perfectly. I have been using this once a week (I do not really need to use it more than this). It is very easy to use, does a perfect job and if you use it properly you do not leave any mess behind. In my opinion, everybody should include this device in the there normal hygiene routine. Even if you don't have a major wax buildup issue, I think you should use it. It reaches and cleans in places where, normally, you can not reach and clean without a big risk of hurting yourself. I am not sure how long it will last, but based on my experience, so far, I would recommend this product.

This tool is very easy and straightforward to use. The design keeps water from going all over the place.I was going to buy one where you had to hold the little water catcher under your ear, but I'm very glad I went this route. Very fast delivery as well!! Thank you!!!
