Simple shapes
I have ordered several of the Simple Shapes and have loved them all. I have never had any complaints with any that I have received. So much easier than cutting them out myself. Love everything Lori Holt.

Lori Holt designs are the best
Lori Holt is one of my favorite designers. Her sew simple shapes can be used for many other things than the quilt she designs them for. She gives ideas on her blog and calls them a "remix".

Nice, but expensive
I purchased these templates for the Calico Garden sew along. While they are nice and well made, I generally make my own templates, which I would have done had the kit included scalable images to trace. I am a bit irritated by the having to purchase these for this project. If it is required, should it not be included in the kit? The kit also wants me to purchase separately cute little buttons and rick-rack. I think I can find less expensive cute buttons and rick-rack. Understanding the game now, it is unlikely I will do another Lori Holt project.
