Squires Kitchen Bridal White Sugarpaste - 5kg

It is very soft. While I was covering cakes it was very hard to hold in my hand. Made some cracks. But the softness make easy to chance some details. With your hand warm the cracks and the other problems solves easily. I won't buy again. It is not possible to work on details. After it dry it cracks easily. If you are a professional you can't use this. I will try another brand. Sorry.

I was expecting a sugarpaste that had some elasticity to it, even after kneading this for 10 mins no elasticity to it really not happy with it

Excellent product. Went on smoothly without cracks. Tasted good too.

When this arrived, I opened the box and found a cellophane bag of paste (it was not the white box as shown in the picture - just a brown box). The clip was not suitable for closing the bag, so the bag was not sealed/closed. There was no "Use by" date. The paste was not usable. Amazon credited the cost and did not ask for a return, but it was very inconvenient.

GIven the cost of this I expected the icing to be better quality. Not sure whether is was originally this hard or whether the packaging was to blame but its unusable. I would like a refund given that there is no option to return.

I needed this and was pleased to get it next day, but unfortunately it wasn’t sealed properly inside the box and is rock solid. Completely useless to me. I can’t see how to get a refund, but I’d like one, please.
