What a great value for dollar! This inexpensive case looks and feels good, and like a more expensive item. Lightweight and strong, it benefits further from a terrific design, especially for those looking for a way to attach their phone simply and securely to a belt.One part wraps your phone, as with most cases. But the other part acts as a sheath or "holster" and allows your encased phone to slide into the holster. This protects both sides of your phone completely. Quite unlike most cases. And for my money, much better.On your belt, you can set the sturdy clasp to work vertically or horizontally, or anywhere in between. The clasp is designed to fit over and "around" a standard men's belt, so it gently slides along your belt if you like. And works "righty" or "lefty." The inner piece wrapping your phone slides out without removing the holster from your belt. Just like that! So good!This case has two "kickstands," one on each side. A small but useful stand is on the inner sleeve, while the strong clasp (the part that attaches to your belt) works also as a stand, as needed. Take your pick for hands-free viewing.The overall effect is a bit military, or industrial. As opposed, let's say, to an elegant leather folio case available in several colors at your local Apple store for $99 plus tax. (I like that one too! Spendy, but worth it.) In any event, everything about the design of this Bomea holster case works, and works well. Highly recommended.

I’ve had many cases like this ordered through Amazon. This was the first to arrive defective. Haven’t had the time or patience to return for a replacement. The kickstand was so lose it wouldn’t stay in the case at all. The holster was fine and as expected. Also, on the case I noticed several spots of discoloration that you might expect to see when a machine is miscalculated or running out of plastic. A sorta used look. I had to add a drop of superglue to keep the kickstand in so I could even use it. Unimpressed to say the least. Makes me wonder how many got past quality control. At this time, I WOULD NOT buy from here again. All my other identical cases for iPhone X, SE Galaxy S, S Plus, Notes 8 & 9 and this was my first miss. First from this seller I should add.

Update 12/20/17 - had to return this case and purchase another one. While it’s sturdy, the extra lip at the bottom of the case makes typing uncomfortable and painful after a while. I did receive a full refund.Nice and sturdy shell case and holster. Well made too. There is a lip that extends over the top and bottom of the iPhone X. Not sure if that is by design or if the measurements are a bit off. I can feel the bottom of the lip a lot when typing, so time will tell if I keep it or get something else.

This is the best case for iPhones. Cheap, durable, and has lots of use variations. I’ve had my last 3 iPhones and an android in this exact case style. I’ve never had a damaged screen from drops and typically don’t ever drop due to how easy it is to hold onto in any form. Inevitably the thin plastic frame will lose a piece by the volume and sleep buttons, but it’s still 100% with or without those pieces. For under $10 it’s hard to complain about that minor issue. I usually buy 2 when I buy a new phone and often I’m still using the first one when I go to trade in for my next one.

I like this case. It’s rugged and convenient for accessing your phone. This is my second one. I broke the belt clip from the first one when it got hung up on the arm of a chair. Two hundred plus pounds versus unmoving metal chair meant something had to give. My only issue is the case does not fit tightly around the iPhone. It feels like the phone could slip out. I put a small piece of tape inside the sleeve and this fixed the problem.

I’ve had similar cases and liked them. This one fits the bill. The kickstand is not the most robust I’ve ever seen but works nicely in portrait and landscape positions. The holster holds the case and phone with no issue. My past experience with holster cases has been that they are subject to a good deal of abuse. When I find one a like I always order a backup. All said this is a great value for the price and I’ve already ordered a backup.

I just picked the wrong one. When you encase the phone, it's very difficult to type and inconvenient to place in the holder. I ended up buying a softer case - you just lift the flap and insert the phone. I can hook onto pants/belt or thread it onto a belt. There's nothing wrong with the quality. It's actually the style that doesn't work for me

I purchased this very inexpensive case to use for a month or so untill I get the case I ordered from Piel Frama in Spain and I discovered that it is not bad at all. First I did not know how to use it because it did not came with any kind of instructions but after a while I realized that the phone slides out of the case and it is not that hard to use. Now I question myself on why am I spending well over $100 for a case when this $9.99 case is very good indeed.
