Great light - matched brushed brass perfectly on Next lampshade. Easy installation with an earth wire for the fitting. Good quality and looks good, wire is a nice dark brown.

Happy with the purchase but installing it was really difficult given the wire connector box was stuck to the base and had my arms at some weird angles to try and connect the wires.Also, the screw for cable length adjustment is quite flimsy and I have almost broken it. Won't be able to adjust it any further now.

Got this product to replace what appeared to be a similar, but what was a cheaper product.I discovered that the cheaper product was flimsy and barely fit for purpose.This more expensive product only cost a few pounds extra, but was far superior in every way.It was more robust, and has features that makes it straight forward to fit securely, and thus makeing it a safer product .It also looks well when fitted.

I would buy these over and over again. I have bought a couple where new lampshades were purchased. They are good value for how they look. They were easy to put up, length can be adjusted and the wire thickness was fine for shortening. They look and work well. I brought brushed steel and they were just as described

Bought two of these. Both look great quality and look great where we have installed them. Electrician didn't complain about installing them, so assume it was straightforward to install.The diameter of where a lampshade would fit is a fraction too big on one, so a standard E27 shade won't fit, which is quite frustrating. We haven't found a solution or suitable shade at this point, however, not much we can do now it's installed! Hoping one day I'll find a slightly too big shade that will fit!I would recommend testing your proposed shade before install, so you don't end up in the same boat as us!Otherwise they're a good price, especially compared to say Pooky, and the seem good quality materials.
