First, I would like to say the reason I decided to read this book was purely out of curiosity! The author discuses the benefits of these curious mushrooms, and their use, along with the potential risks and side effects, much of it from a scientific standpoint. The author also shares his personal experiences and offers practical advice. I don’t think I will be trying Psilocybin Mushrooms anytime soon, but I think, if it was prescribed by a doctor, I would be willing to give it a go! If this is your sort of thing, then this book is well worth a read. Well written.

great book
I Learned so much about micro-dosing with psilocybin first off I didn’t know it had so much benefits for diabetes and for ADHD that’s great to be armed with all this knowledge but of course make sure to check with you healthcare provider first, I have liver issues so I don’t think I can try but I learned so much and in Canada it’s illegal but you can try harvest it but seems like much work I like to continue to know more on this topic I am hoping this author will write more on this topic i found it amazing the amount of knowledge in this book these medicinal mushrooms have so much benefits in proper doses and book stresses everyone is unique so the dose and benefits are different for all, looking forward to more from the author!!

Fascinating subject, well written, hopefully it’ll help many people
I mentioned in an earlier review on a related book that I heard a report on NPR about how psilocybin mushrooms really helped a veteran overcome her debilitating PTSD. Re microdosing in particular, I also heard a report about moms doing this to help cope better with their mothering. Between that and being so fascinated by the other book on mushrooms, I picked up this book, too. I love learning about all the different ways these little guys can help us in our lives, by helping with depression, decreasing stress, increasing productivity, helping with myriad diseases such as diabetes and Alzheimer’s, and the list goes on.This book is very well, written, clear, and easy to follow. It needs a little proofing here and there, but nothing too outrageous. I’m very grateful to discover new (yet old, too) ways to help people overcome mental and physical issues and live better lives.
