I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this shampoo and hair mask. I've been trying different hair masks the last couple of month, especially since I got a balayage (resulting in the bleach drying out my hair some) and this hair combo did not disappoint (especially the hair mask). I've used several times since dying my hair and I have noticed a HUGE difference. This set does a very good job cleansing and moisturizing my hair. It leave my hair soft and smooth to touch and noticeably healthier looking. I also love that the shampoo is clarifying (as I go a few days between washes). I am very happy with this shampoo and mask set and definitely would re-order.

I used this for the first time today and took a few pictures of my hair to show the frizz control.Full disclaimer: I sprayed cheap detangler and used a super wide tooth comb. I added no heat and no other product. My hair is naturally curly and I fight a constant battle with frizz living in a humid environment...You can see a small amount of frizz around the top of my head, but this picture is with no styling at all, so that frizz can easily be knocked out.The smell is pretty good. Of course, that's subjective, but this has a nice scent without any cloying fruits or flowers. *my pump head broke before I ever made the first pump and had to unscrew the bottle to shampoo my hair. I think it's because the plastic it comes in put too much pressure on the nozzle, because it seemed bent over. No worries, I'll just swap it out with another top.

I have used several shampoos and conditioners and have been especially more experimental lately due to having combatted brittle, unhealthy hair. My hair has finally gotten healthy again and I am working hard to keep it that way. I read this product's description and thought I would give it a try; I am really glad that I did.This is one of the best shampoos I have ever used. I always have conditioner, even if from a different brand, to use any time I shower. My hair is quite curly and tangly and I otherwise wouldn't be able to comb through my hair without causing breakage and giving myself a headache. However, even though I had my conditioner ready, I found that I didn't need to use it with this product. This shampoo didn't get my hair quite as untangled as my usual conditioner, but it came pretty close - close enough that I didn't have an issue combing out my hair afterward. My hair feels nourished and looks healthy and less frizzy, though my frizz is never completely at bay. The mask is something I will not use very often, but it did make my hair feel so amazingly healthy after using it that I do love that I have it for times when I feel like my hair could use a little more TLC.Overall, this is a very nice set. It works very well, has a nice scent, and makes my hair feel and look very healthy after use. I am happy to have this in my collection.

The shampoo feels like a conditioning shampoo for sure, you won't get that squeaky clean feeling but you'll feel like your hair is being engulfed by luxurious thick lather that is nourishing it while cleaning it. It is almost slippery feeling while you're washing and rinsing, and you can run your fingers through and untangle as if with conditioner. It has a sort of Irish Spring scent that does not persist.The mask comes out in a thick, pudding-like glob and coats your hair in softness. I can't really describe it, but to say that even after the rinse, blot and blow-dry, my hair feels like it has moisture soaked in and is really super soft. It's also not at all staticky even though the humidity is low.I did notice that my scalp felt itchy while I was using it, kind of like when I use a certain shade of hair color and it itches for about a day afterward. This itchiness went away as soon as my hair was dry but I noticed my scalp was a little itchy again when I went for a run and worked up a bit of a sweat. I do tend to have sensitive skin, and it was not so itchy as to be unpleasant ... just something to note if you have any sensitivity to hair color, for whatever reason this also gave me the same reaction albeit much milder.

This is the 2nd and 3rd TruffLuv products I've tried. The mask I have used before and really enjoyed it. I used it until the last bit - and now I am thankful to have it back in my shower.The mask is SO THICK, but fluffy and smells delicious. You only need a little bit and it will go a long way. I have very fine, thin hair and this product still works well for me and does NOT weigh my hair down or make it appear greasy.I was so excited to try the shampoo. It lathers very nicely and has a similar, woodsy scent to the mask. Again, you really only need a little bit of product for it to go a long way. I've had this shampoo for several weeks now and still have many more uses left!

This is something I will use sparingly. It clarifies my hair and then there is a mask to rebuild the moisture and nourishment back into my hair. Nice item. Not a fan of the scent but it’s not bad. Maybe manly smelling. Anyway it goes away right away. If you use a ton of products and your hair and scalp need a wake up this is nice.

If you have hair that is damaged...don't walk..run to get this shampoo and hair conditioning mask! My hair is quite damaged from 30+ years worth of dyeing crazy colors, hair styling and environmental effects. To be honest...it is super frizzy and feels/looks like straw most days unless I use the super expensive hair treatment line that a hair stylist friend recommended.After just 1 use of this...my hair looks and feels like it did when I was younger. Healthy, soft, shiny and frizz free. I am extremely pleased with this collection and highly recommend it especially considering that even purchasing the shampoo and mask individually is more affordable than purchasing just the deep treatment mask from the other brand.
