| Storage Instructions | Store in a cool, dry place. Use within two months of opening. Once made up with water or milk, Complan can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. |
| Serving Recommendation | You will need 200ml (1/3 pint) of warm water or milk (cold or warm), a whisk or fork and a glass or mug. Add a little of the water or milk to the glass or mug and add 8 scoops, or approximately 4 rounded tablespoons of Complan Mix to a smooth cream with the whisk or for Top up with the remaining water or milk, stirring continuously Once made up, Complan can be enjoyed as a delicious drink or used like milk throughout the day or added to your favourite food or drink. |

Great meal replacement
This is a great standby when you are off your food or when you don't have time to prepare a nutritious meal as it is full of vitamins and minerals and much better than eating junk. I love the flavour and prefer it to the artificially flavoured varieties and its gluten free too. So a win win for me. A bit disappointing when you open the pack and see that its not full but i guess the powder just settles after packaging so you're not getting as much as you anticipated. Will continue to buy though.

Really good if you are are a Liquid “Diet” due to Health Issues. Easy to make Just as filling as a meal.

Easy mix, easy to drink
I’ve used Complan from time to time whenever I feel I’m not getting the best from the foods/meals I eat. Pleasant enough, non-offensive taste ensuring, my daily intake of vits and minerals is sufficient for my needs.

Perfect food supplement
Complan is perfect as a supplementary food, it’s easy to prepare and pleasant to take, it’s been described as like liquid vanilla icecream … but better for you!

Pleasant to take.
Have only used this for a week,however, I had to exist on Complan when I broke mh jaw in the early 1960's and disliked the taste. Either my tastes have changed the product taste has because it is quite pleasant. Will continue to use to maintain weight.
