We bought this minced truffle to use with truffle mac and cheese and were not disappointed! You could smell truffles throughout the house and the taste in the dish was excellent.

Was dubious its actually white truffle judging by the colour of the contents in the picture as I've bought minced white truffle many times before and this looks nothing like it. Not saying it's not white truffle, but I'm definitely saying it tastes (and looks) nothing like any jar I've bought before... Very weak flavour too :(

Unusual, a bit special. Try it, have a go. Clearly matching flavours is important. Tried some of this minced white truffle on thinly sliced pork and rabbit sausage, a french flavour, also available on Amazon. Amazing.
