This is a unique idea. I really like this & appreciate the convenience it offers and it also gives me more counter space next to my sink.

I take out the basket and cut beans dropping them below. When that’s full, I move them to a pan for washing. It’s a good system for canning beans. I’m using it as a cutting board. I remove the half section, and it can go through the dishwasher or be easily cleaned and back in a flash. Perfect for my uses! All of it can go through the dishwasher btw.

This item is very poor quality. I ended up returning it.

I like the attached dish and I really like the strainer. I wish the cutting board was a bit bigger and I wish it was a bit more stable, but it doesn’t fall off the sink. This is a well thought out cutting board for over the sink. You can wash vegetables strain pasta and you just scrape the thing that you’re chopping up right into the bowl.

I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend who loves to cook, we always had a very "basic" board that was the flat kind everyone's familiar with, but this style will give you lots more wiggle room. It fits great as you can see, my sink is 28" in width and 18" in height as a point of reference. The functionality is great - if you remove the cutting holder and the board, the whole inside can double as a colander tool.There is an extender bar/handle (also colored like the cutting basket) that you can pull out for extra space and to fit over the sink. I did have a little trouble maneuvering it; it's axis point is in the middle of the board if you turn it over. I was afraid I would break it trying to pull it out, but you do have to really pull on it a little as it's pretty tightly locked into the grooves. Then you flip the bar over to the other side .Other than that little nitpick, it's a good board,I it's much easier to cut veggies and fruits and scoot them over into the holding basket, not to mention keeping the cores and peelings out.

Thought it was adjustable in size to fit sink…it’s not. Cutting surface scratches easily.

Great for small kitchens. I use over the sink with my garbage disposal. Perfect!

The multi-purpose cutting board is so useful that you can put the food directly into a small box on the side and pour it into a basket below for washing. Great design!
