Flavour and heat...Wow!
Foolishly, I tried it neat as soon as I opened the packet. Only quarter of a teaspoon but WOW! First the lovely earthy, fruity flavour...10 seconds later..BOOM! Overcome with pain and sweating from my nostrils! I thought I was conditioned for any amount of SHU but the cayenne and finger chilis I've been eating everyday obviously weren't enough to equip me for this level of chili. Nice floaty head feeling once the heat had dwindled. Its fantastic combined with my trusted cayenne powder and Greek yogurt mixture. Obviously the yogurt diminishes the heat some what, but this Jolokia has enhanced the flavour to another level.
