I am very happy with the purchase. I ordered these extenders because I bought a necklace from Tiffany that I liked the charm but the chain was 16 inches and I liked it longer. Lengthening the chain at Tiffany was going to cost me about $60 and about 2 weeks' time. For 10 dollars I got 3 different lengths. The quality and color of the extender pretty much matches my chain. It looks very neat. I can't say yet if the material is strong or not because I've only been using it for 3 days, but so far I'm very happy!

My in-laws bought me a necklace for Christmas and it was very short, so when I started looking for a extender it was hard to find ones that were similar in thickness to the necklace. I found this company and ordered it, I figured it would take a while as it was so close to the holidays. It came really fast. It looks dainty, but it is still very durable. My mom ended up needing one for her new necklace as well, so the 3 pack was perfect. After a few days of my purchase, Kathy reached out to me to ask how I was liking it! I have never had a company reach out to me and ask how I was liking something that I bought off of Amazon without it being the "how would you rate your order" messages. I would definitely buy from this company again!

Beautiful bright silver extenders! They are a great value too. They come with a silver polishing cloth that is amazing too! However, my stand-out feature is the customer service. The first time I wore the small extender, it broke at the clasp. It’s actually probably due to the softness of the metal and the size of the chain. It’s not the first sterling I’ve broken (& actually the reason I neeDed extenders). I thought I’d try to fix it but I wasn’t able to. That’s when I noticed the customer service email address inside the booklet they’re carefully packaged inside. I sent them an email explaining the situation and they got back to me within a day asking for my mailing address. After my response, they promptly replied that they would send a replacement. Within a week I not only received a new short extender, but a whole set including the polishing cloth! Thank you so much Benique!

Just what I was looking for.

I have a necklace that I love and wear every day, but the chain is shorter than I'd prefer, so I use an extender on it. These extenders are by far the best quality I've found on Amazon. I wear my necklace to bed and shower with it still on in the morning, and these extenders do not rust or oxidize or anything, unlike others I've tried.My only complaint is that I only want the 3" extender. The 4" is too long for me and the 2" is okay, but a little shorter than I'd like. Unfortunately, my hair got caught on the 3" extender I've been using since February and it broke, so I'm making do with the 2".At $5 each, I don't want to buy these again and get stuck with another 4" extender. If the seller were to offer a three pack of one size, I'd buy the 3" ones with no hesitation.

These extenders are made of a fine silver chain and they arrived on time and beautifully packaged. Each has its own little plastic bag for storage to prevent tangling, along with a cleaning/polishing cloth. I have a few beloved necklaces from my younger days that I haven't worn in a long time because they had short chains that were part of the actual necklaces, so there was no way to replace the entire chain. As I've become "more mature" (at 79), at short necklace really draws attention to a less-than-youthful neck. Both the 4" and the 6" extenders are perfect for my needs! So happy to find these. Again, they are a very fine chain, but I believe they will hold up for my occasional use. Thanks!
