I had previously been buying a different brand of methylfolate which didn’t need to be stored in the fridge. So unfortunately I forgot to read the label properly on this one and ultimately didn’t realise it needed to be stored in the fridge. So just wanted to remind everyone so no one else makes the same mistake!Other than that, I have been very happy with the product. It doesn’t have any off-putting taste like some other brands. It has simple pure ingredients only and it is a large bottle. Not sure if it will last longer than 3 months in the fridge tho. As otherwise I’m not sure I will get through the whole bottle in 3 months.

I take this because I have postmenopausal depression together with Sam-e 400 mg.I started low but I have to increase to 7.5 mg.My blood test show no anemia, but blood always draw it's need at the expense of body cells.I did not get tested for MTHFR but sure I have it since I had all the bad picture. Is working for me as I started to improve but damage is there like endothelial disfunction, higher cholesterol and and all others, you do not need to match all on description. I do medicate myself with these because doctors are like the 3 monkeys and I am so upset as I put all my trust in them.Do they test you for metabolics ? in fact they are rewarded to keep you ill.,

Very oily and suffered headache every time taking this product

Very happy with this product and it has worked for the purpose I wanted it for (pleasantly surprised that it actually helped - I was recommended it by my personal trainer).My only warning is that the potency does wear off. There are 3 months worth of drops in the bottle, but I find I have to repurchase every 2 months because it wears off, even when kept in the fridge, and I notice my pain returning.Still worth the cost though, it's a good product overall.

I have food intolerances generally, and after a blood test was told I was deficient in folate. The 5mg folate tablets given to me by the GP made me unwell, couldn't take them. I then tried various forms of folate, Metabolics Methyltetrahydrofolate being one of them. I tried one drop only, which contains 77mcg folate, that gave me a headache and upset stomach. The only form of folate I've found on the market that I can successfully take without negative side effects is Purebio liquid folic acid drops, one drop = 100mcg folic acid, recommended dosage is 2 drops per day = 200mcg. I can take this without a problem. So if you are like me and struggling to find a form of folate you can take, I recommend this one. The ingredients in the Purebio liquid folic acid drops are: folic acid, distilled water, potassium bicarbonate.

I still have to verify my folate,to see if the drops are effective.So far,taste is neutral and I didn’t got any digestive symptoms as when I was taking folate tablets
