Great Product. I trained with these and it helped a lot in improving my football skills and athletics

Great Quality with nice velcro
This weights are great if you are using them for running or on feet.If you're going to use them on hands for shadow boxing you might feel a little bit comfortable at first but it gets sorted once you get used to it.Overall this product is worth buying and its tge cheapest one on amazon (at the time i brought).

Item is good, but they sent me 2 kg pack where I had ordered 3 kg, either mishandling or cheating, just for 77 Rs.
